Allie couldn't help but laugh.
Somehow, Matt was able to cheer her up, even after she had just got into a fight with a werewolf (and kind of lost ;D).
"Sure."
She bared her fangs for him to see.

Matt's eyes widened and he poked one of the points on her teeth,
his mouth formed a big 'o' and he said "Sweet!" and withdrew his hand before he added
"Oh.. sorry about that"

She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.
"So they don't have vampires where you're from?"

Matt shook his head "Nope, mostly elves. Woodland creatures, and the occasional dwarf roaming through our cities, but they like to stay underground so we don't see them very often."

She sighed and stood up.
"Do you want to go get some coffee? I have a coupon."
Allie, unlike most girls in the city, had little money. She practically lived off of coupons.

Matt thought for a second before he asked
"Uh.... this may sound dumb, but what's coffee?"
and he sort of bit his lip, looking everywhere but at Allie.

Alex looked over at the counter when his name was called and got his coffee,
once he sat back down he put on his headphones and sipped his steamy drink.

Allie stared at him in shock.
"You've never had coffee before?"
She gasped, "We are getting you some coffee now!"
Allie stood up, a smile on her face, and started down the street.

Matt jumped up and bound down the street after her, once he caught up he asked quietly
"It doesn't have meat in there.. does it? Cause I don't eat meat.."

Allie shook her head.
"No," she answered, trying to refrain from laughing, "it doesn't have any meat in it."
They arrived at the coffee shop in minutes, and Allie ordered for the both of them.
It didn't take long for their coffee to be made.
Allie handed Matt his, "It's hot.. so be careful with it."
As they were walking to sit down, Allie tripped and spilled her coffee all over some random guy.
"OH MY GOD!", she freaked out, her green eyes wide.
"I-I'm so sorry.. Let m-me get some napkins.. I'm such a klutz.. I'm so sorry," she stuttered.

Matt stood behind Allie holding his coffee, not really knowing what to do, he didn't particularly hear what she said cause he wasn't paying attention, so he brought the coffee to his lips and took a sip.. "OWWWW!!! Hot hot hot hot" and it immediately fell out of his hands, hitting the floor and splattering his shoes, but he was too busy trying to swallow down a whole bottle of water he grabbed out of a minifridge on the counter to notice the heat soaking into his socks.

Alex's eyes widened as he registered the heat soaking into his clothes, cursing he set his coffee on the table and ripped his headphones out of his ears. He tried to soothe the burns by holding his shirt away from his skin.

Allie turned around.
"Shit! Matt, I told you it was hot!"
She grabbed a handful of napkins and patted the stranger's shirt, all the while apologizing over and over again.

Matt took a few more gulps of water before he said "Sorry!!! I wasn't listening, Don't worry, I'll buy two more".
He walked up to the counter and ordered two more coffees like the ones they had and handed him the cash for the purchase

Melony skipped down the block and eventually took her sunglasses off when it started to cloud up. She walked to the record store which was a block away from the coffee house. She walked in smelling smoke and every drug known to man, it seemed. She coughed a couple of times and then gloated over to the old Rock records. She flipped through a coupe skimming over the cover art.

Alex let go of his shirt once the coffee cooled down, then he looked at the girl who spilled the coffee on him and replied "Hi, I'm Alex. Unfortunate we had to meet like this" and he kind of smiled.

She set down the wad of napkins and bit her bottom lip.
"I don't normally do this..", she desperately tried to explain.

Alex shook his head and grinned "No problem, it's fine! I'll just go get a change of clothes real quick, no biggie."
then he stuffed his iPod into his pocket and took a sip of his coffee, the only one that was still actually in the cup.

Matt sat down at a table beside the booth and put Allie's cup across from him. After that he carefully set his cup on the table, not daring to mess with it for a few minutes for fear of burning his tongue again.

He was awfully cute, she noticed, smiling.
She stood there for a moment just staring at him before realizing what she was doing and cleared her throat.
"So.. Uhmm yeah.. Sorry about that.."
She bit her bottom lip, a nervous habit, and turned to go sit with Matt.

Alex winked and looked back at his table, after a quick sigh he turned invisible and switched to angel mode.
Flying through a few walls he went towards his house, once he got there he changed into some new jeans and a nice hoodie.

Matt kept his hands on his coffee to see how much it cooled down as he looked around the coffee shop and took in the smells. With a grin he looked at Allie and asked "So.. what happened to that kid you spilled the coffee on?" since he didn't see him walk about, but he obviously wasn't sitting in that seat anymore, but his coffee was still there.

She turned back around and seeing that he was gone, frowned.
"He left his coffee," she sighed.
She sat down, and looked at Matt.
"So.. How's your coffee?"

then he poked the cup to see how hot it was, wondering if he should try it yet..

Alex walked out of the house and strolled back towards the coffee shop, remembering that he forgot his coffee there.

Allie smiled.
"Well, I'm sure it's fine now."
She took a sip of hers while taking a few moments to look around the coffee shop.
There weren't many people in there, which was odd because it was usually really busy around this time of day.
She looked back at Matt and sighed.
"So.. How are you liking America?", she asked, trying to start conversation.

Alex slipped through the wall and back into his booth, resuming sipping his coffee and he turned on his ipod so he could listen to his favorite song for the millionth time.

Matt picked the cup up gently and brought it to his lips, and he took the smallest sip he could possibly take to check the temperature "WOOOHOOO" he yelled, realizing it was just warm enough to still be good, but also be able to drink. Then he turned his attention to Allie and answered "Well, for the few hours I've been here it's pretty cool. We'll just have to see what tomorrow brings I suppose"
